Outworx Group, a leading diversified facility maintenance services company, today announced that it has acquired Gold Landscape (“Gold” or the “Company”), a landscape services company serving Homeowner Associations (“HOAs”), multi-family properties, and commercial properties across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
Gold is a leading landscape services company, providing a full range of services to Homeowners Associations, multi-family properties, commercial properties and individual homeowners across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The Company offers a broad range of services that are critical to its customers, including landscape maintenance, landscape installation and irrigation installation and repair. Gold specializes in large-scale community maintenance and has extensive experience administering front-yard maintenance programs for sizeable single-family housing communities that are managed by HOAs.
